Production Center

The Xianshi Pharmaceutical Production Center currently has about 300 employees, with 20% of them holding intermediate or senior professional titles. We have established 17 production lines in 8 formulation workshops, including oral solid preparations (tablets, granules, hard capsules, soft capsules), topical semi-solid preparations, oral liquid preparations, small volume sterile preparations (oil injections, water injections), large volume injections, small volume BFS for glucocorticoids, progesterone pre encapsulation, and Class III medical devices, as well as 4 raw material workshops. We have achieved full chain production capacity from raw materials to formulations and can undertake commissioned processing business (CMO) for raw materials and formulations.

Oral solid preparation workshop

▹ Tablets, capsules, granules, soft capsules, etc ▹ Annual production capacity: 1 billion tablets, approximately 500 million capsules, 50 million bags (or bottles) of granules, and 100 million soft capsules

Oral solution workshop

▹ Single dose oral liquid, multi dose oral liquid, composite film strip packaged single dose oral liquid ▹ Annual production capacity: 42 million bottles of 10ml oral solution, 12 million bottles of 50ml oral solution, and 46.8 million bags of bagged oral solution

Large infusion workshop

▹ Non PVC soft bag infusion solution ▹ Annual production capacity: 34.8 million bags

API Workshop

▹ Multi functional workshop that can meet the needs of most raw material drug synthesis processes ▹ Annual production capacity: Raw material workshop 1 has an annual production capacity of 100 tons, raw material workshop 2 has an annual production capacity of 60 tons, and raw material workshop 3 has an annual production capacity of 40 tons

External preparation workshop 1

Integrated Formulation Workshop 1

▹ Small volume injectables (non final sterilization, final sterilization), inhalation preparations, ophthalmic preparations ▹ Annual production capacity (final and non final sterilization): 54 million units of 1-2ml injections, 48 million units of 5ml injections, 36 million units of 10ml injections, 24 million units of 20ml injections, and 36 million units of inhaled and ophthalmic preparations
