The R&D center is equipped with industry‑leading experimental facilities, spanning a total testing area of 5,000 m² and encompassing specialized laboratories for synthesis, formulation, analysis, and more, thereby fully supporting end‑to‑end R&D needs across APIs, formulations, and new drugs. It houses numerous state‑of‑the‑art analytical instruments from world‑class brands, including an Agilent triple quadrupole HPLC‑MS system (G6475A), a Shimadzu GC‑MS system (GCMS‑TQ8040NX SYSTEM), an LC‑MS system (LCMS‑2050), ion chromatographs, 37 HPLC units, 5 GC units, 6 automated dissolution testers, an automated transdermal diffusion system, a rheometer, a Mettler automatic potentiometric titrator, and an automatic Karl Fischer moisture analyzer—high‑end, precision instruments that ensure the accuracy and reliability of data throughout the R&D process. In addition, the facility is outfitted with process equipment covering every stage of development, including pilot‑scale wet granulation mixers, dry granulators, high‑efficiency coating machines, pilot‑scale multi‑functional fluidized beds, laboratory‑scale multi‑functional boiling granulators, rotary tablet presses, double‑cone rotary vacuum dryers, laboratory spray dryers, high‑pressure reactors, and Bri‑CMF series continuous multiphase catalytic reactors—key equipment capable of meeting the R&D requirements for APIs, formulations, and novel drug products.
