Xianshi Pharmaceutical’s Mannitol–Sorbitol Injection has initiated Phase III clinical trials, with intracranial hypertension as the indication.

According to data from the Clinical Trial Registration and Information Disclosure Platform, a multi-center, randomized, double-blind, positive-controlled Phase III clinical study evaluating the safety and efficacy of mannitol–sorbitol injection for the treatment of intracranial hypertension has been initiated by Hunan Xianshi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The clinical trial registration number is CTR20254523, and the date of the initial public disclosure was November 13, 2025.

Four pharmaceutical companies in the Liuyang Economic Development Zone have eight drugs proposed for inclusion in the 11th round of national centralized procurement.

Changsha Evening News, Changsha on the Go, October 31 (All‑media reporter Zhu Zehuan, correspondent Hu Jixing) — Recently, the results of the 11th round of national centralized bulk procurement of drugs were announced, with 55 medications selected. These cover commonly used medicines in areas such as anti‑infection, anti‑allergy, anti‑tumor, blood‑sugar‑lowering, blood‑pressure‑lowering, lipid‑lowering, and anti‑inflammatory/analgesic treatments. A total of 453 products from 272 enterprises nationwide have been granted preliminary eligibility for selection. In the Liuyang Economic Development Zone, four pharmaceutical companies have a combined eight drug products slated to be included in the 11th round of national centralized procurement.
